When I plug this into the PSU, do I use both plugs or just one???

I would think that I would just plug one in but the manual on it says 2, just want to make sure hehe

do both, one will work but will not function as good as it would with both. If you have two open 4-pin plugs, use them both, if not 1 will work.

speaking of an xfx 7800 Gt, well, umm, how on earth do i shut up the freaking fan? i have unplugged every fan in my computer (6), and my graphics card and chipset fans were by far the loudest, how do i make this different? i am not big for voiding my warrenty, so i need a solution that won't do that. when you spend 350+ dollars on a single card, you get protective. i am sure anybody with a GTX can feel me on that one. anyway, thanks for any help.

if looks arent your thing with your case <ie> a side window then i would advice soundproof padding it dampins the sound down a bit and improves the overall noise of your pc to a low
ps: yous are all so lucky to have such a card 7800s are my
dream but im saving up for one
