You could possibly pick up a used 4850 graphics card near your price range.

I wouldn't trust frostytech, they have been biased and unreliable in the past, present, and future.

Benchmarkreviews on the other hand is a great site.

This is all we need to know:
After a year and a half, the Scythe Mugen 2 still provides the best bang for your buck performance. Which is why it's sold out everywhere.

I have a couple of questions.

1.What is your take on using a SATA 6Gb/s mobo with a SATA II SSD and HDD? Would I need a harness or anything to attach the cables to the SSD and HDD? I picked this motherboard because of the price, DDR3, and good reviews.

2.Do you think the CPU Cooler is too large for my case? Case: 18.3â€x8.10â€x18.0†Cooler Fan: 92x92x25mm = 3.6â€x3.6â€x0.98†Heatsink: 94x108x143mm = 3.7â€x4.3â€x5.6â€

3.Would I need extra fans for the front of my case? The case comes with a 120mm rear fan and a 140mm top fan.

4.This case mounts the PSU at the bottom. Is this ok? Warm air rises so I guess the thought is that cooler air will be moved through the PSU.

5.I noticed most SSD’s (along with the one I chose) are 2.5â€. Will I need to buy something extra for this SSD to plug into my mobo? I plan on loading Win7 onto the SSD along with a few programs/games. My music and everything else will go on the HDD.

Thank you for the help!
1)Its perfectly fine
2)Personally i dont like tha cooler at all. an h50/coolit eco would be better
3)you could put 2 120mm fans up front and it is recommended
4)putting the psu on bottom is perfectly fine and adds stability
5)for my momentus i used elastic to suspend it, which got rid of vibration noise. but with the ssd you can do this or buy an adapter

I would upgrade your gpu to a 4770 or 4850

Thank you everyone for your feedback and suggestions. After further research I decided to scrap the Antec Three Hundred and take advantage of the cheap but reliable NZXT BETA EVO Classic Series CS-NT-BETA-EVO Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146059

Also, I decided to scrap the Radeon HD 4650 and step it up a bit with the MSI N250GTS Twin Frozr GeForce GTS 250 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127495
The reason I picked the 4650 at first was because it was cheap and had a HDMI output incase I decided to hook it up to my HDTV. I do have a DVI to HDMI cable but I heard that HDMI to HDMI has the best picture. No biggie. I’m sure two DVI outputs will do just fine.

Plus, I am going to scratch the SSD and the Caviar Black HDD and just get the SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive which is spoken highly of. I guess I can always add the SSD in the future.

And finally, for the HSF, I am going to go with the ZALMAN CNPS10X Performa 120mm Long life CPU Cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118059
I just hope this beast doesn’t get in the way of anything in my case.

On a side note, I really am not a big fan of LED fans (no pun intended, lawl). They keep me up at night if I want to keep my computer on overnight. That is why I try to avoid cases that come with a bunch of LED fans. I am more into the stealthy all black looking case. The NZXT case comes with one blue LED fan in the front so I’ll just snip the power to the LED if it bothers me.

I noticed the Spinpoint F3 is out of stock on newegg. How long until Newegg has it back in stock do you think? I really appreciate the quick feedback on my build that all of you have given me. I really want to pull the trigger on this order before the holiday weekend so any last minute comments or suggestions would be appreciated. That makes me think.. Doesn’t Newegg have pretty good Memorial Day sales? Hmmm..

Thanks again.
