honestly, i would look into different fans, same output but cheaper price. get the nidec fans from xoxide,i have them and they work great and have lasted me for over 6yrs so far.... but are much older than that! and for the rad. get a 77 bonneville heater core from your local autoparts store.... they are just as big and efficient, but way cheaper and you can pretty them up with some snd paper and can of spraypaint for 5$

and you could even build your own resivoir out of some a tupperware container for like 5-10$ for the caulking and fittings need from a hardware store...

I agree, thats entirely too much to pay for a watercooling system. Take a look here. I have that for sale for almost half as much and will most likely yeild better CPU temps. If you are looking to cool the GPU as well, you can buy a block and add it to the loop in which case it will still be under $300, which is $100 less than you were looking at. Post on this thread if you are interested.
