what the meaning of cpu/ram ratio 1:1,3:3...etc?
then how to calculate it if my HTT is 300mhz

and with that out of the way 1:1 and 3:3 would equal the same thing mathmatically. I know what you meant though. Dividers can be confusing, but using programs such as cpu-z and others to actually see what your ram mhz are at while using a divider are useful.

Above is a link to a program that can tell you what your memory freq. will be at whilst using certain multi's and speeds.
