hey fallout, have you actually done a paint test on the perspex yet? I am worried that it may not turn out as well as you would like. In my experience paint flakes off and scratches off that stuff super easy...

you may want to do a few experiments before you get too far.

I really like your solution there though, very ingenious.

Yeah I did ages ago. Scratched up the surface with sandpaper and used primer. Seemed to stick as well as any other painting I've done so I think I'll be right. Scratching up the surface seems to be the key.

Thanks for pointing that out!

Well I got some goodies in the mail today so I thought I'd add some pics. This isn't an update though.

One of my 2 pumps much needing the lovely EK top.

While it was open, I unsoldiered the speed wire as I won't be using it anyway.

Also sleeved just into the pump.

Now heres some random stuff.

Roughly half the fittings I'll need.

Black 7/16" tube.

Its rather obvious wouldn't you say.

Not sure if I'll use this or not. 3mm orange acrylic. Any suggestions on where and if I should use it? (It looks much brighter in person.)

I'll mostly be using silver but 1, I wanted to see a black fitting in person and 2, I might use 2 black ones on the cpu block as its silver. Its all about contrast!

Rads are from EK.

Purple and seven? Na, just kidding (obviously). I almost got some green for a previous build. That would look pretty nice!
