Yeah Im able to unlock both the vertex shaders and my piplines but when I unlock the extra four pipelines it results in artifacts... So I only have my extra vertex unit unlocked right now. Ill post some pics of where to find them... hold on.

1) Okay so you start Riva tuner and you click on the top customize tab

2) Then you click on the graphics card icon

3) You then click the NV strap driver tab

4) Then you click on the customize button

5)Then you simply click the unched area where there is a pixel and vertex unit!

6) Click okay, and then apply

You'll have to restart your computer before any changes have been made. Its as simple as that! Hope I helped

There should be a button on the top right of your keyboard that says print screen... (its above the insert button). You press print screen and then in paint or watever other program you paste and it will be there.

I did not read all the pages, but im REALLY sure your card is throteling.
So your so called 460mhz core is not.

Use Rivatuner to Monitor the Card. Im sure we wont see it running at 460.
I can "OC" my card to 600mhz core, but it would throtle back to 375.

My eVGA is also unlocked, whit OC of:
350 2d @1.1v
375 3dlow @1.3v
415 3D @1.3v
1200 mem

Hey Silent, here it is, if you could hazard a guess at what's goin on I'd be greatful:

And 7NK, seems you're right, my card's throttling, flip that sounds bad, does it matter? Because when my PC isn't doing much it's at 325, whereas when I monitor playing F.E.A.R, it jumps up to 460 until I close the application...?

Wow, I have never seen that before. Those shaders are just not there. You speed jumps like that because you have different speed settings for 2D and 3D. That is normal.
Man you have a high clock speed for a standard 6800. MY clock speed is 350 and memory clock @ 700.

Some 6800 have the pipes and shader to unlock and some dont. If you can unlock them it means you got a 6800 GT ot Ultra card with the reg 6800 chip. Sometimes they cannot be unlocked. I unlocked mine and saw lots of artifacts while playing FEAR. I am sure it wasnt because of heat. Dont know that unlocking them actually gives any benefit. But with your clock speed, you should be about maxed for the card you have.

Hope this helps.

That doesn't seem right at all. Maybe they put a different chip in that one.
