Links to FTP Server don't work

This is starting to piss me off... I've setup a http/ftp(Apache/BPFTP) server, but something isn't working as it should.

The http server works perfectly, you can go to dxdisaster.ath.cx, and see for yourself(there's basically nothing atm, just an image in a corner).. the problem is with the ftp server.
The ftp server works fine using a ftp client(you can check it out as well, but still just a few files there), and works as it should on my lan.

Now the problem is when a request comes from the internet... instead of "150 Data connection accepted from..." and start the file transfer, it does nothing.

So the ftp server works perfectly, from my lan(links/ftp client) and internet(ftp client), but when it receives a request from the internet from a link, it just doesn't work. I have no idea whats causing this, any help would be appreciated.

ie.. this link is an image hosted from my ftp server... the server allows access, but it doesn't start the transfer.
ftp://dxdisaster.ath.cx/Dx_.jpg

This is from my http server, working perfectly.
