I had a look at a FAQ called "How to measure the PSU Rails accurately" but it didnt indicate how to measure the Vcore. Do you know of a way to do this?

I am having some big fluctuations in the VCore readings on software so I am going to try and use a voltmeter if I can find out how to do it.

How big are "big fluctuations"? Say 1.39v - 1.41v?

In my bios I set the Vcore for 1.483 Volts, but in windows it reads 1.536 Volts. This value fluctuates from 1.52 to 1.54, but I would like to find out if the Vcore is actually 1.48 or 1.54.
