I just say secure rods from the bottom of the case into the top of your BT and duct the air through the rear of the case..

I know this is old, but don't bother. Buy a Thermalright V1 Ultra and put a nice 80mm fan on it. I've been running my 7800GT volt modded to 1.72v at 610 MHz for a month now. Temperatures don't exceed 58°C at a 20°C ambient. Does great for that much heat being produced. I don't want to imagine what would happen with the stock cooler, if it even booted, which it wouldn't. I think it might explode.
