Man, I'm having a tough time holding on to the places in the 270s. Maybe I should have bought that board so I can get two rigs running...

Hi LBN,

I have to agree. This folding stuff is getting competitive! I think I'm going to have to add another rig or two just to keep up with some folks!

K092084 has 64 rigs running right now and is looking to put on more... Whew!
My next rig addition will be late July or early August at the best. I might retire my old XP1800 on an ASUS A7V-266E board sometime in the very near future. Like maybe end of June. I will be replacing it with an AMD643800+ on a ASUS A8V M/B. Maybe we can talk then if you want another rig to fold with and/or to gain points and positions with. It would be good for about 2,000 points per month or so...

Take care, :-)

Hey shajbot,

I keep forgetting to ask. I see that Team_Folders_Inc is still gaining points. Do you think the school will be closing down those rigs any time soon???

It will hurt OCN a little. Team_Folders_Inc has been in the top 20 producers list for about 6 months now. I also hope if the school does shut down those folding rigs they'll allow you to re-start them in the fall... What do you think?

I hope you're feeling better. I'm starting to re-coup from the "24 hour" flu bug LOL

Take care and get better, :-)

Hey buick, I think it (the lab), will continue running throughout summer and possibly forever. However, I'm unable to confirm but last time I saw, the lab in the library was turned off but the lab in the media center right next wall wasn't! The thing is the librarian rarely check out that lab so it might have been forgotten to turn off. lol

The hurt of throat is still there but it has ceased a lot though, but I gain more personal problem due to lack of communication and outgoing...you know, in summer I just sit on computers and either play games or guitar, or watch some movie...I have to think a way out.

Yeah, I hate that sort-of beginning summer drag... You feel great for a few days and then get, well... bored. My cure this summer: I'm in a band so I'll be doing that, and I'm definitely gonna try and meet up with friends I haven't seen in an age. Finally, I've got a job as a sound engineer for a show in Worcester for two weeks!

You guys are so funny! Just like my daughters....

Can't wait for school to be out... Can't wait for summer.... Can't wait to get back home (my oldest)...

Then within days or a week - I'm bored.... There's nothing to do.... I wish my friends were here...

For me back in the day, end of school meant long days of playing baseball... Just like the movie "Sandlot"... We would play pick up games and if there were not enough players we'd play over the line and if only three were around then pickle. The afternoon meant a trip to the soda shop for ice cream or a bottle of pop. No worries and no cares...

Every now and then we'd head down to the beach (Pacific Ocean)... No fun there though, unless you like getting sunburn and just looking at the girls who wouldn't give you the time of day! LOL

Well I wish I had it that rough again....

Yeah, well my town's not exactly the most happening place in Massachusetts. The only ice cream place we had that I could walk to was closed (it was a Baskin Robbins, so nothing great) so that the Dunkin' Donuts it was in could put in a drive-thru. Also, the closest beach is down in Rhode Island, so it's at least an hour drive for the good ones and Atlantic beaches are freezing this time of year. Also, fields are filled up with kids in their summer baseball and soccer leagues, so that doesn't work. But like I said, I've got stuff to do. Kinda annoyed though cause I can't go to this one party I was invited to because of my gig as a sound guy.

EDIT: Besides, I've got a nice above-ground pool in my back yard. On hot summer days I can just float in that for hours. Even better if I just got back from one of my five-mile bike rides (only five because the only possible routes in this town take you up massive hills that go from 140 ft. above sea level up to 660 ft. above sea level in the matter of a quarter-mile

W00t, I'm pretty close to my first 100K. We'll see it in at most a couple of days.

Brand new DELL laptop just got itself home. Man it's so slick. Here's the spec, Intel Core Duo 1.86Ghz, 2GB DDR2 RAM, Windows Vista. This laptop is for my mom, but I'm thinking SMP on it?

Hi shaj,

Nice, very nice!! You think your Mom is going to let you SMP fold on that rig??

I might post a picture of my daughter's laptop. It should be home tomorrow!
It's an ASUS with C2D 2.13, 2Gb of ram, 100Gb hard drive and 256Mb ATI internal but separate video card. No M/B video chip for her. I'm having Windows XP loaded onto it... No Vista for my daughter either. Seems GVSU can't yet handle the new OS and security levels at the school....

PS> I'm watching your climb into the 100K bracket! A couple of more days I figure...

Take care,
