Yeah, except the chain of command at my school is quite odd. We have four academic deans, a principle, and a headmaster. Maybe I'll try and ask sometime.

The thing is not with the computer is not fast enough to type Word on it, it's that every time a Wu being upload, it brings the network down to its knees - literally slow to crawl. Our network has been redone since last winter (when I started putting FAH on these computers (with permissions btw)), but bandwidth has not improved, and I'm a tech aid, most of the time I got called to the labs are the network is too slow. It might have been some other reason but uploading Wu possibly the most stress on the server.

Hi shajbot,

That's really to bad, for OCN, I think.... But the school has been nice enough to allow to fold on them.. It's amazing how some folks think that all they need is a computer, without realizing how everything with in the "box" has to match up or it won't play right....

Oh well. If Team_Folders_Inc has to go down, it has to go down... If when I get my Quad and 4th Conroe going, I might shift a couple of rigs over to Team_Folders_Inc... At least that way it will keep going, or at least holding its own in the rankings...

Thanks for the update shaj, :-)

Hey ReCoil,

OSDisks did reply to my E-mail about Fedora 7 Here's the link: sales@osdisc.com
if you want to ask some questions...
As for the body of the letter:

Hi Allen,

> All of the Fedora disks on our site are install disks.. The "Fedora Install
> CDs" link in the upper right corner just points to the CD versions of Fedora.
> Other than the DVD, you won't need to purchase anything else.

Web link: http://www.osdisc.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi/index.html

If you go to their web site, they are selling the Fedora 7 DVD for $7.95 + S/H... I will be picking up one of those OS Disks. I have Fedora 6 from them and loaded all of my SMP rigs with it. The upcoming Quad and 4th Conroe rigs will have Fedora 7 on them...

I hope this is what you were looking for or asking about, :-)

Hey, I'm back up to 271!

Also, an early congrats to 455Buick, who'll be passing jrabb1920 in 3.7 days, according to the extreme overclocking stats. Also, if current trends continue, you'll pass knitelife in 2.5 years and QMopar in 3.5 months.

Thanks Guys!!

Yeah it's been a good couple of weeks... No breakdowns or other types of problems. We'll see how long it holds out though... One can only hope for more good luck.... Getting ahead of jrabb will be a good thing! It means that 1 million is just around the corner!

Later on when folks get to his name, it will be the same for them. He's a good benchmark to shoot for and pass...

Take care and Fold On! :-)

I think we can get a solid 7th place for sure this month, with the addition of my SMP rig, out ~ 12K every week for me. Good job ya all.
