Hey LBN,

Why would you start school on Friday before a holiday weekend?? That seems a little nutty to me...

Either way, good luck on your studies! :-)

@shajbot... I think your post shows you ate too much candy or had too much sugar or maybe an energy drink or two... Lots of "enthusiasm there... LOL

Take care and enjoy the weekend... :-)

Yeah I get "enthusiastic" sometimes quite unexpectedly. Might be high on sugar but all I consume is water and a burger. Now talk about long hour at school might really be the reason.

I got my E4300 up to 3.0Ghz at stock volt (not sure stable), but it's been roaming folding day and night now. At night the temp would get to ~ 70C, but in the morning when it's all fresh and cool, temp manages to stay ~ 60C. 3.0Ghz is really fast, this proc can crank out a 1% on a 2653 project in 15min.

Well, normally I would've started on Thursday. However, the past two years my school has been doing Freshman orientation on Wednesday and Freshman retreat on Thursday. Friday has then been everybody's first day of school.

BTW, I had a great day. I left the house at 6:00 AM because first we dropped my mom at the airport and then my dad and I drove from Boston to Pittsfield (almost three hours) to go hiking on Mt. Greylock (Massachusetts' highest peak at 3,491') near the Massachusetts/Vermont/New York border. It was quite a nice hike. Probably about 8 miles total.

Hi LBN,

I'm glad to hear you had a great day! I'm also glad to see guys like yourself spending time with the parents, in this case the "Dad"... I'll tell you from first hand experience that it really does mean something to us Dad's out there when their teenage kids want to spend time with them... I love it when my daughters want to spend time with me. I cherish all of those moments!

All too soon, things may change, but remember, he'll always be there for you!

Take care, :-)

Hi shajbot,

I was just kidding. It seems you're enjoying life right now and that is great stuff!!!

Enjoy everything and take nothing for granted, :-)

Yeah, my dad and I do a lot together. Hikes, skiing, going to the driving range, just stuff like that. Also, he plays AOE III, so we both play against the computers some times.

Nice, it's good to have a dad to do everything with you.

Hey guys.

Sorry it's been a while....

I heart skipped a beat the other day..I went to turn on my computer and nothing happened... I had a case of chip creep...

my air conditioner is on the fritz and the temp change in my house caused it...

I think I'm low on r22 got to go get some before my compressor stops running..... anyways....

I'm with ReCoil,

I just had my internet go off, for a few hours (14 to be exact!) None of the work units were able to send in their results... Tomorrow, I mean today, I'll call and let them know how I feel.... It's a re-occurring deal with Charter Cable.

Another than that, everything is Ok here.

Take care guys and Fold On! :-)
