Yeah Cappy, just do what you can, right?

Guess what guys, I'm sitting here at my computer, skipping my first period class so I can stay at home and finish rendering this project into video...the thing is, I have tried since yesterday, and the bloody thing keeps crashing, like 10,000 times...

Hey shaj,

Did you ever finish your project?? 10,000 crashes? That would be frustrating. I'm surprised that the computer is still sitting on the desk/floor. If were mine, I be repairing the window I threw it out, and buying a new rig -

I hope you were able to get the project completed. Do you think folding and trying to open a lot of programs for the rendering was the reasons for all of those crashes??

Take care and stay well, :-)
The problem with 3D rendering Shaj is that even the slightest problem with a system can cause a crash. If you try lowering your clocks just a bit, you could probably fix this easily.
Yeah I finished it, had to cut the project out to multiple scenes and had to leave out the trouble part (cause crashed), which is the best part in the movie. Anyways, it's over. People do kinda like it. But it's overkill. Making the whole movie out of a 3d game is cool but isn't worth the effort.

Woohoo Bucik!

I'm wicked tired, as I had to run the mile today in PE. We have a course that's 5.5 laps to the mile. Coach made me stop at 4.5, and told to just take my 8'44". I had a cramp the size of Montana...
Hi LBN,

Ran a mile and had a cramp the size of Montana?? Not Alaska or Texas, just Montana?? LOL

Your face must of had a lot of pain in it for the coach to let you finish with one lap to go...

Let's see. I'll rewind the tape. You're about 14 or 15 now, right?? When I was 14 and 7 months I went out for football just before my first year of high school (In Los Angeles we started high school in the 10th grade). During that summer of '67 I ran 4 laps (440yds) equaling a mile, in 6 minutes and 6 seconds.... Very slow for the time. In fact, at 160lbs and 6'0", I was a little slow and not big enough for football. So, I dropped football and ran cross-country and track for 3 years instead. My personal best for the mile was 4:58 (Winter 1969)... and the 2 mile was 10:42 (Spring 1969)... Again pretty slow for our team. I was always 3rd place... Scored a few points for the team, but never won a race. No regrets though!

Well enough of that. I hope you get to feeling better!

Take care and Fold On! :-)
