President's Day. MA is probably one of the only states that actually celebrates it.

I get only a day off, but that's good enough lol.

Hi shaj,

I checked with my daughter and she gets tomorrow Monday - "Presidents Day" off as well... Back in my day (when dirt was being formed from mud!) we got two days off. February 12th for Lincoln and February 22nd for Washington.

They changed that when Martin Luther King got a holiday in January... Don't want to give the students too many days off, do we?? Unless of course you're on the East Coast. Then they give you a week off... Maybe because the folks in MA think they are the birth place of the country (Concord, Lexington, Boston Harbor - those rebels!) - he,he,he... Just kidding LBN!

As for you and folding. In about 28 days you'll be ahead of Team Folders Inc!!! Great job on that... Keep it up!

Take care and Fold On! :-)

Hey LBN,

Do you get off only Monday or the whole week??? It sounded in your post like all week... I referred to that in a post to shaj. If I'm wrong, then I apologize for calling you folks on the East Coast "Rebels"....

Take care, :-)

BTW - If you guys know where I might find a Socket 939 - AMD X2-4800 for about $150.00, please let me know. Thanks!

Yeah, it's a week off up here. Maybe we just value George and Abe more up here .

But, I was born in good ol' North Carolina, so I didn't always say "pahk the cah in Hahvahd Yahd."

Actually, I still don't say that, but my accent is pretty varied now. It's part Boston, part Worcester, and part Southern.

Hey LBN,

WOW! <"It's part Boston, part Worcester, and part Southern"> And it's still English, right?? Just kidding...

BTW - In our names on the left hand side you see for you "Audiophile" and for me "Folding Fanatic" I've noticed on some other folks its not the generic label. e.g. nitteo changes his from time to time... Do you know how to do that?? I figured you and shaj are pretty savvy about things like that.

Can an Old Guy like me do it, or does it take some C++ type knowledge?? Just curious...

Take care, :-)

Sorry, I didn't see this post at first...

After the passkey [] you are to type in the pass key that Stanford sends you. And obviously you need to ask for one here:

What i mean is, shouldn't the option for the passkey be in the installation, check the pic.

You've got to have an overclocked account, which is some fee per month or free if you reach 250 rep. One of the perks is you can change your user title.

Oh and Buick, you should hear my family from the Milwaukee area. The accent is so incompatible at times with what I'm used to .

Hey Guys,

`Can`t seem to gain any ground anymore these days, and it`s probably because my core has reached its limit. My rig can`t be OC`ed without a complete rebuild. My MOBO won`t allow it, and the rig is just too old. So, maybe one of these days I`ll just get a folding rig with a dual core and nothing extra. Then, at least I`ll be able to help out the team a little more. If anyone feels that I`m holding back the team, please let me know. I would give up my spot to someone who could add a lot more to the team. But right now I`m stuck with my rig as it is.

HVAC, I'm in the same boat as you. For about a month now I've been slipping steadily, and now am fighting to stay above 300. But hey, the fact that we're doing as well as we are with our crappy single cores is a good thing.
