Guys... how many cores are each of you running? I don't see it on your first post lol.
As I have a quad, I can run a maximum of 3, so what you guys got in mind for me? Thanks.

Welcome puzzledazn!!

As for your Quad and team folding... You'll be able to run 1 instance of FAH - SMP on your Quad for Folders Inc. If you run 2 instances of FAH - SMP, then the second will have to go to Team_Folders_Inc. By team competition rules, Quads are not allowed to fold 2 WU's (SMP instances) at a time for a team, because you'd be using all 4 cores... Does that make sense??

With your G0 Quad, you'll be able to fold one WU at a time, and do other stuff with your rig and not effect the folding to much. With an OC like yours you should be able to get 8 or 9 minutes per % completion... Or 7-8% per hour... At that rate, the 1,760 point WU's will finish every 12-13 hours or so. Perhaps faster!

With your point totals per day, Folders Inc will see more points in a month than they ever have!

Take care and Fold On! :-)

I see why you were asking me about vmware, thing is I have no experience working with it. I'll look around for a thread that show you to do that. Give me a sec.

And yeah you are supposed to fold with 3 cores
Shajbot 3 cores 2 rig
Recoil 1 core 1 rig
Hvac 1 core 1 rig
puzzledazn you can run 3 cores.

So it's one of those time again, the paranoid side of me tells me near future failure at this weekend's camp. It's all like last year again, when I went to the yearly camp and got 4th place (it was hard to take). So last year before camp, I had a really long haircut, right now I have a long haircut. I was wearing a favorite hat of mine, now I'm going to wear a nice hat that I stole from someone lol. I was trying to be badass last year and brought my guitar with me and it didn't help much, right now I'm making a model for my presentation to bring which I don't think anyone would have done. Last year I asked someone out (the person that had gone to camp with me too) and after awhile she stopped talking to me, same thing happened this year, I asked someone out (yeah someone else who also will going) and got pretty far but now we haven't talked for awhile and I'm sensing she's pushing me away, anyway that's another story. Same thing as last year, I'm tired and wanna take a nap but I have to work, and still I don't know my material throughoutly (morse and semaphore)....

I'm reading the signs but this is gonna be bad....dammm. Not mentioning I miss like a college math class, a dance class, and a highschool regular school day and senior prom. My dad and I had a huge argument because I decided to go. So yeah, I go against pretty much everything, my parents, my common sense, my 1337 paranoiac sense, my opportunities, my future to go on this freaking training camp of which when I'm trained to do something I'm not sure if I want to do... I'm screwed...Now I seriously consider the phrase "Live above the influence", but I knew the influence was for good cause.

/rant hahah, glad I got that off. Don't worry I won't do anything stupid. Just got emo sometimes.

Sounds like you have a lot going on!

Hey when I think I have it bad I just turn on the news for awhile and then I don't feel so bad.

I see Lbn has drop out of folding. Whats the story with that?
how many people are interested in his place.

LBN you will allways be part of the team even if your not folding!

I know, we like never hear from ReCoiL! BTW Shaj, that sounds like it's pretty crazy down in Albuquerque! Then again, having lots of stuff on my plate keeps me sane (because then I don't get bored). These days I'm tutoring a kid who's failing low-level biology, rehearsing for my spring show, going to church choir rehearsals (two a week), going to clarinet lessons, prepping for my clarinet recital (crazy Brahms pieces FTW), going to meetings of various clubs, going to bell choir rehearsal, participating in church youth group (we're having a lock-in this Saturday which should be awesome), getting towards crunch time in school because of all my AP classes, and trying to finalize stuff so I can go to junior prom (got my date, got my tickets, just need to say who I want to sit with and the like). Oh and then of course I've got my college visits going on. So, right now my life is just off the wall.

So don't worry Shaj, you'll figure out some way to get through it.

Hi LBN

Sounds like you need a day planner to keep your life in order.
I wish I could say the same for myself right now. There is little to no work to be found to keep my business going. I have sent resume's to every company I can think of. I decided that I should get a career type job so that I can budget myself. Right now I don't have a full calendar and that's tough for me.

I now how tough it is towards the end of your highschool days but everything will come out right. It sounds like you are keeping up so far.

Life gets harder when you get older with all the responsibilities of living on your own. All I can say is go with your gut feeling do what you think is best for yourself and everything will work out for the best. I do warn you though that it my take slighly long than you expect but your life wont be so hechtic.
