I also hope you soon feel better.

Old age I guess

As for me. I went and bought a XFX 285 GTX yesterday from newegg.... They had quite a deal going on... So I'll give my BFG 9800 GTX O.C. to my daughter and take her EVGA 9800GT, and place it in one of my new rigs...

By the first week of February I'll have 13 - 8800GT's, 2 - 9800GT's, 1 - 9800GTX O.C. and 1 - 285 GTX all folding for the cause... Not to mention several Quads, Conroes, and X2's going....

So much for trying to save electrical energy AND money! My carbon foot print is huge!

I also had to buy a new PSU! The old Enermax 620 Liberty just didn't have enough juice! I guess my daughter will get that too...
Carbon footprint is a term used by people who have a pocket protector, protector.

but at least your carbon footprint is helping millions of people.

Well if you need help with vmware you should ask around a lot of the high end cpu folders are using it. Any clue as to what was going wrong?

Im not sure where to go from here. Should i stick with the GPU client or should i attempt to get this VMware setup going? which would give me more PPD? and also why does the ATi GPU client seem to take so much CPU power? it seems to be using 50% while i remember the nVidia one only took about 10% (if that)

Vmware at 4ghz on your chip will blow the ati gpu client away. I would strongly suggest you try balwolfs version of vmware/ubuntu over error10's. Error10's is easier but is more designed for low ram general usage, balwolfs is designed for all out and lets you change more settings.
