About the ocing, ill think i can crank this card to some nice clocks for the price.
Can always order another one for some decent performance aswell.
That's true, I hadn't even thought of that. These in SLI are some serious bang for buck at €300, that's barely more than a single 470.

There's a catch though, 465's in SLI are very power hungry. I doubt my 700W is up for it, atleast not without sacrificing my CPU overclock.

http://www.antec.outervision.com/PSUEngine
My system with stock SLI'd 465's ends up at 680W. And that's with the i7 at 4GHz, not even my sig speeds.

Some reviews are saying that a good psu like a 650W/700W is enough but dont think they counted cpu oc with it.

Nor did they count in the higher clocks/volts on both of the cards. And if by some miracle the Club3D's dó unlock, they're going to be drawing even more power.

Going all the way back to stock CPU settings does give alot of headroom, but that's just not worth it considering how much it helps in alot of games. What's your PSU?

Got a Corsair TX750W so i think it would handle the sli setup. Dont got a big oc with my X6 1055 runs on 3.85ghz so less power eating. Using a 4870x2 atm and that card is eating oc 400watt stressed.

Yeah, that sounds just about right. Could probably have both cards run at ~700MHz core without a problem. Really wish I had that extra 50W, it'd convince me to SLI these any day.

But I guess I'm sticking to my original plan of getting an Asus 470, and flash to the 1.21v BIOS. It's going to be a painful purchase at €279..

It's a 15 minute walk to the store actually, I'd go grab 2 of them right now if the option for a refund was there. Lame that it's only on orders.
