Is this true, or is there a bios that will allow 2T command rate ?
You're confusing Command Rate with Column Address strobe. (CAS and CPC)

I was referring to Command Rate or Command per Clock

Enabled = 1T
Disabled = 2T

Then this post confuses me. Why are you using 2T? You do realize that these are 1 full clock cycle delays,correct? 1T is faster (less of a delay) than 2T.

You do realise you won't see the slightest difference between 1T and 2T?

That has nothing to do with the point of my post, though. He's worried that he can't run 2T and there's no reason to. I wouldn't agree with not even a "slight" performance difference. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a 1% to 3% difference in real world apps. I know it's exaggerated in SiSandra, but to say zero performance difference is stretching it, IMO.

I was interested in the possibility of using 2T for better stability at a higher mem frequency.

Flashing the bios corrected the problem, 2T command is now available in the Genie Bios.

I noted a 17% difference in SiSoft mem B/W test between 1T and 2T
There is quite a performance hit.

From some testing and benchmarking I did last night......
I got a 10FPS increase in the HL2 Lost Coast Video stress test (up to 114 from 104 fps) by running a divider and tighter timings on the ram (2.5-3-2-5 1T vs. 3-3-3-8 1T)

So yes you are right SCR I do not want to run in 2T regardless, I'll opt for the 9/10 divider and tighter timings.
