I was wondering if somebody could tell me what program i can use or what i would have to do to oc my venice athlon 64 3500+? thanks in advance

OCCT or Prime 95

Then your going to want to go into your bios and Slowly increase your HTT. Go by 5. turn your LDT/HTT multi. to 3x. Put your RAM on a divider try 166 first. and keep it at stock voltage and see how far you came get.

Go to you're bios and start by uppoing your HTT slowly. When you can't boot into Windows, up the vcore by a bit. Repeat. When you get to 1.6 vcore stop. Test stability with the programs dangeroushobo mentioned.

speedfan to see temps
prime95 to see if oc is stable
I like OCCT better than prime 95 b/c it don't take as long both are good though

I cant find where to push up HTT in bios, All i see in the cell menu is something like HT frequency which is 5x and something like HT width

change that 5x to 3x( HTT frequency) so FSB wont go over 1000

look for something in the bios set to 200 that should be the HTT up by 5 and reboot. Sorry not fimilar with MSI boards, so i'm not sure what they call it.
