Best headset for $40 or under

Many of you probably saw my thread for a new mic but after a few days of using my koss ksc75 for gaming the fact that I could hear everybody in my living room was so annoying that I couldn't bear it so I need a good cheapish headset that is noise canceling, thank you in advance. I need one with a mic built i since buy headphones and mic when I already have good heaphones would be expensive and unnecessary.

Do you have good headphones already? Just get a seperate mic and call it a day.

I have the koss ksc75 which I are really good but are open so I hear everybody in the living which is unbearable. So I separate Mic wouldn't help.

Sorry to bump my own thread but I've narrowed it down to 2 headsets: The Gamecom 367 http://www.buy.com/prod/plantronics-...209653624.html and the Creative Fatal1ty http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Labs-.../dp/B002DS4HTM if anybody could help me decide which one to buy I would appreciate it.

You could say necro, but I am having quite the same problem as you. Only for me I have the gamecom ones. They are good in sound but have little to no bass, block out most of the stuff around you, and have a nice mic. However! They do break easy (if you abuse-rage like me), I got the gamecom ones for like $20, so I am looking for something in the <$40 range for my next PC build .-.

Get a pair of headphones + a mic for much better value.
