Sorry for the silly Question but did you prime the WC setup before you installed it?

by prime, do you mean make sure the system is completely filled with water, then yes. Ok there is no error beeps. I cleared cmos also, but nothing. One time it did show the graphic boot screen but then it just froze on it. hmm?

wow it started up for me. I think my bios was trying to start my ram up at 500mhzddr because when it finally started up (after turning it off and on a couple times) the memory setting in the bios was 500mhz. wow. weird

Im really sorry for the quadruple post, but I take back what I said before it went to the desktop but it froze a couple minutes later. It just keeps freezing a little after it loads up in windows

Do you have contact between blocks and the cores?
Did you over tighten the WC block on the V/C or CPU?

Also did you plug a fan in or use a jumper on the cpu fan plug.

Did you see watering flowing, no air bubbels while you where primeing it?

If all those check out, I'm clueless...

Try removing the ram and just install 1 stick in slot 1 and see if it boots. If not try switching ram sticks. Then if still no luck try switching slots...using 2/4
