ight, after at least 1 and a half years, i finally found the time to get back to work (had to much fun playing games
). so i figured that i have way overkill amount of fans, so i bought an NZXT Sentry 2 Fan controller, and listened to silence, so i decided to ditch the new fan grill, however i DO plan to be finished painting by the end of July, so i may or may not get some paint tomorrow, i decided on some Krylon Fusion black, and im gunna make it 2 tones of black, the inside and the outside im gunna keep seperate, so i got some Green painters tape already. I also have a mask to spray paint already. now i need to cut through the steel to make a CPU socket backplate cut out and a cable management hole near the PSU, i have some 300 grit sand paper to sand down the edge after. I have a dremel, but i dont know if i can find a tip that will cut through metal, i found a value pack of 5, so i hope that will be enough, so here is what i got on the shopping list so far
Krylon Fusion Black
Dremel Metal EZ cut Wheel
now i dont know how nice the paint will look, or how much i need, im guessing one can should be able to do it if i use it sparingly, and not hoes down my backyard in the stuff, if i go on to number two then its a 5 minute drive to go to canadian tire....
Im going to ditch sanding and priming, and just wipe it down with paper towel and rubbing alchol, maybe a bit of sanding on the motherboard tray, but there is no way im going to spend hours with a piece of sandpaper or get a sand blasterEdited by Pentium4 531 overclocker - 7/20/11 at 5:26pm
