Pair of pliers, small screwdriver..

Standing up..
Screwdriver gripped with pliers in non dominant hand..
Insert screwdriver into screw head..
With dominant hand apply downward pressure onto driver with palm of hand..
Twisting with pliers while applying downward pressure..

Worked for me on many occasions.

Upload to OCN failed, image size too large, thank the Canon T1i for that...

Uploading the Photobucket right now, taking a while, 36% of 36mb...

That's exactly what I did with all the previous ones. At this point no amount of pressure or force helps because it just slips off. MY INTERnET IS REALLY SLOW NOW OMG

Try using some hot glue, and glue the screwdriver to the screw, then with a quick jerking motion, turn the screw. It should loosen up enough now that it will come out.

Hmm, good idea. It's a really tiny screw though, I doubt there's enough contact area. And it's still unbudged, so it's as tight as the other ones which required me to use the plier/screwdriver combo.

PICS ARE UP

It couldn't zoom in more......grr I need a new lens.

CAREFUL with the pliers,

I used a pair that had some flex on one of my 4870's and it slipped off and took 2 surface mount caps with it. (i found them and got a tech-shop guy to solder them back on and the card works, but man was i FUMING when i did it)

EDIT: woah!, you could almost force a robby in there

If you have a drill you can go to home depot and buy an easy out. I had the same problem happen to me, but it was on my fan's of my case I had 2 stripped screws! I brought my whole tower into the home depot and one of the guys was nice enough to get a drill and an easy out and did it all for free, and on top of that sold me a good tool kit with nicer screw drivers for a major discount! So, I suggest try home depot

Usually when something like this happens I take my dremel and split the top of the head and use a flat head to twist it out.

That would be a last result if at all. The screw is tiny and inside a 350$ graphics card. First I'll try something with RMA/return/upgrade/exchange. I'll probably sooner run it on air than take a drill to it, unless it was one of those surgery drills that are made to split atoms and stuff. SCIENCE.

I thought about this as well, and I have a dremel, but the discs are too thick for the screw, and it would destroy the head leaving me with just the shaft stuck inside...

This is THE MOST ANNOYING THING EVER

I have 2000$ in parts laying in front of me, was planning to spend all night if I had to setting it all up, and ONE SCREW STOPS ME WTH. ONE SCREW is setting me back probably a whole week..........................................uuuu uuuuuugahjdsfgfgfgfgjasfglagfds

Oh and top of that there's messages around that the Primochill Typhoon III is a crappy reservoir and that it might just randomly leak after two months. Primo even discontinued it because of problems and is working on a new one. That thing was 75$. I sent Primochill a message....
