Wont let me change voltage.

Thread Starter
Hey, i've maxed out my FSB and multipliers, however it's idling at 32, which is still a little cooler. I wanna push it more, but my BIOS wont let me up my voltage. if i increase my FSB or multipliers (which i can) my pc fails to boot properly. Any help? Attached current CPU specs.
