Controlling fans with software?

I have run out of room on my fan controller for more fans and was wondering if there was any software to control them from the motherboard. The fans are two Ultra Kazes. Thanks

i wouldnt run two ultra kazes off the mobo headers, if ur controller can support more wattage, split them?
