ill swap the hec psu with this.
no, thats trash, we gave you plenty of great choices of PSU, spend the $80 on the 700w OCZ+DVD burner combo and send in the MIR, DVD burner and 700w PSU for $60, or buy the EA430 or neo eco 520, trust me, its worth it to spend a bit more on a better PSU

if you MUST have a cheaper PSU, at least try for OCZ or Rosewill, either offers a great line of budget PSUs

but dont expect a cheapo 400-500w to do any great graphics setup, 5770, 5850 max

also, like i said, the neo eco 520w antec is $65 - 20% making it $52 shipped

but, thats still $72 at least once you factor in a DVD burner, might as well spend the $8 more and get the OCZ 700w, after the $20 mir its gonna be far cheaper
I mostly agree with this except for the fact that this is a budget build. Even though the OCZ may be a better bang for your money it does still cost more. Also, keep in mind, not everyone is willing to deal with a MIR.

The PSU's I posted earlier should have no trouble powering his rig and even power up to a 5870 GPU without problem. However, I do agree it leaves pretty much no headroom for upgrades. It isn't easy to plan for future upgrades when your on a strict budget.

I don't know enough about that PSU to call it trash but I generally agree. After shipping that HIPRO PSU comes out to almost exactly the same price as the Antec EW430 or Corsair 400W. I don't see any reason to consider that HIPRO PSU honestly.

thats not that cheap, you can get a neo eco for less with the current promo code of 20% off

Just spotted this. Great deal right there. $51.99 shipped for a 520W, 80+ PSU with good build quality (pretty sure this unit is made by SeaSonic)

I'd say invest 30-40 more $ and get a much bigger and faster HD

Why? Athlons clock well in games and will smoke a dual in threaded/apps games. Just remember, must apps and games now are coming well threaded for quad cores
