If this was truly the reason, rather than what others are saying about a lack of cars, that's quite stupid. "I'm inconvenienced, so I don't want to come in to work today. I want a job that would let me do that.

just like when people go on strike at other jobs, the company cannot just send other people in to work or replace the people on strike.

so if the QA does go on strike, then EA has to fix things before it can release things. Just like if they strike at GM, they can just have their cars built somewhere else. Legal issues fools. legal issues.

What is this?
Like a conspiracy theory

Am I the only one who already gave up on Bad Company 2?

I mean, they call these things "VIP Map Packs", but really they're just giving console users maps PC users have been playing from day 1, and only adding new gametypes to some maps for PC users. It's not a map pack if all it does is add gametypes, it's a gametype pack....

I've been bored of all the BC2 maps for a while now. Africa Harbor is really the only map I enjoyed from day 1 anyway.

Arica Harbor, not Africa. It seems you aren't as big of a BC2 player as you would have us believe.

And no, it's not a simple misunderstanding; Arica has nothing to do with Africa and it's quite obvious after playing a while that the name is not Africa.

I'm not trying to badger you but I just don't buy your argument that you played BC2 and then gave it up; it sounds like you weren't really into it anyway.

I don't get how a Romanian transport strike hampered them anyways.. do they transport their patch builds down there with trucks or what?

Lol? Retarded interpretation of typos much?

I agree with the guy you quoted for an entirely different reason: the mentally inhibited playerbase. And no, I won't join some band of nerds who think they're the closest thing computer gaming has to a special ops unit. I'd just like some pub players who don't immediately grab a sniper and go to sleep.

Oh and what is new about your story? don't see anything. And even if there is something new, it's not relevant because this is what delayed the patch last week. What's currently delaying it is new bugs that they have to fix.

This. I'm sorry but it is old news. There really isn't any new information. Not sure how summarizing the events, and then harvesting gamers reaction is new news. GG, sorry.
