Those are the best two, but like everyone said I would guess you would get between 100ppd and 250ppd max. I am fairly certain there were not pci-e x16 slots on any boards from that generation, so I would think unless you have enough money to just throw it away I wouldn't do it.
if did know what i know

you would know that they made a 8400GS,9400GT,9500GT in Conventional PCI form factor, there for anyone with a pentium 1 (with PCI 33/66MHz bus)+ can fold and good PSU! with XP installed

PCI with a 66MHz Bus speed is highly recommended for best performance


'also the cards are going for 30 to 80$ used
