In MSI Afterburner you create your oun profile, you set the fan % @ various temps in a graph, Ex:
50%fan @ 45C
60% @ 55C
70% @ 65C
80% @ 75C
90% @ 85C
100% @ 90C and above

something like that, just an example don't know if this one will be any good.

yea, that would work, mine is a bit different... 50% fan until 50°C and then a 1:1 for everything after 50°C. For example, 60% for 60°C and 80% fan for 80°C and so on. I guess it depends on how you can tolerate that fan once it gets over 80%.

artev, have you replaced the stock thermal compound on your card? I suggest you try that as well. I replaced mine with AS5 and I idle at around 40°C @ 815/1630/1900.

i got a 470gtx to (that 1 from asus)
my fan runs when 100% usage from gpu @ 91%(its noise but i always play music when i play games xD)

and then my temp keep @ 69 (never seen higher)

and it is @ 800/1600/1800

ps . my opinion is this card gets verry fast hot even if its not oc but its not so much diffrent then how it is now (only more %fan)
