Probably the 2nd one...but I would really encourage you to build your own. It will end up being cheaper, and a lot more fun.

i would suggest digital storm as from what i hear cyberpower and ibuypower have bad customer support and return service.
wow, that site has a very poor layout and presentation. almost like they try to confuse people on purpose.

i really wouldn't suggest any of them. sorry, but im a staunch believer in home brewed rigs. plus it gives the builder a type of satisfaction knowing that he built it. and plus, he would generally get more respect on the Internet saying i built it than saying i bought it from X brand pc's.

there is a major flaw in system 1, you have a 30gb SSD, but no storage HDD in there, you wont get by with just 1 single 30gb SSD

This.

They don't deserve your money if they can't make a webpage that will not make my eyes bleed.

The first setup seems to have more quality components and a better case. I am not sure if the 1090T is worth it. You may choose the 1055T instead and stretch for the HD 5870.
And where is your free game offer with system 1?

I voted other. Build one yourself!
But if you really want the pre built, the second one looks pretty damn solid. You also get three freebies with it and the price aint too bad.
