i'm just looking for some suggestions on the best RAM i can get for about 135 bucks max.

needs to be:
DDR3 >=1600
preferably CL 7

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

I'm currently running these until I get my Quad Channel Dominators and they are REALLY nice. Running XP SP3 at the moment which only registers slightly under 3 Gig of RAM and these things run like Champs.

The ones you posted are solid as well.
