Thats the absolute max though, 1.55v, for 24/7 . Your thermal compound is good enough and really isnt too far from shin-etzu to rationalize a switch to a different TIM. Rather than going for an H-50, you would be better off going for a custom water loop, or an Asetek 240mm LCLC (however they are hard to find).

The Noctua NH-U12P is a great cooler.Yes your case temps would drop but your cpu temps would on be 2-4 better at most..Please remember The H50 was made to head to with high end cpu coolers ..But the Noctua NH-U12P with your fans
I just can't see stepping up unless you save up for a full loop system..

That's the problem, it is "broke". Well, not really but, I'd just rather not drop from 4ghz to 3.8 for the summer .
