Maybe up the vcore on the CPU more. I know for my 955 C3 to run stable at 3.8GHz I need between 1.475v and 1.5v in the BIOS. Maybe bump it up to 1.4v and see if its stable.

35 Minutes over so far, it runs stable but the temp is making me nervous. 55 °C @ 3,6 Ghz is not really worth a water cooling......

I don't have any experience with a Zalman Reserator for CPU cooling but I imagine it should keep the CPU cooler than that. My Mugen 2 with 1 fan keeps my 955 under 56C max with 1.488v.

1 Hour and 30 Minutes passed with 55 °C, quit prime95, CPU went from 55 to 43°C and.....well......guess what....freeze

the freeze happens no matter what I do, opening anything .... does not make a difference, this time I just watched the tmep going back down doing nothing.....

EDIT: and of course its not starting up again.

With RAM: I tried this a few hours before, took one RAM out and left the other inside, changed them then, no difference...unless they are both damaged, I think my MoBo is fried, AGAIN -.-

Update: Machine freezes at stock speeds when starting prime95.....nuff said....something is broken.....

Changing RAMs makes no difference, a large FFT test slows my machine down as hell, and a small FFT test brings me an instant restart. (with BIOS on factory settings)

So what Computer part to cheat with warranty with? CPU or MoBo?

I would probably go with the motherboard.
