I'm getting ready to purchase my radiator (RX360), radgrill (Bitspower mesh) and a fan controller. I've been looking at several, including the FC-6, FC-3 and most recently the Lian-Li PT-FN04.

The thing I like about the PT-FN04 is that if turned all the way down, the fans are not OFF, unlike with the two Lamptron models I'm looking at (at least as how I understand it). I have a 2 year-old, who I'm sure will come along and play with my fan controller because of its lights, so I'm really concerned that with one of the Lamptrons, he could completely shut off all of my fans when I wasn't looking. (It's probably not wise to water cool with a 2 year-old in the house, but I'm going to take the chance. )

My two main questions are:
1. How many watts per channel do the PT-FN04's support? (I'd like to be able to use a wiring harness to attach all three rad fans to one channel, but Lian-Li's website does not specify how much each channel can handle.)
2. Are there any other quality fan controllers with a black aluminum faceplate that don't turn the fans completely off when at their lowest setting?

Thanks in advance. (+rep for helpful answers)
