My controller trigger is squeaky.

Specficially, my 360 controller for windows's left trigger.
It's squeaky sometimes when I press down on it, I just got it last week, and have been using it quite a bit.

Any way to fix this or is it just being broken in?

Should be fine, I'd just keep using it and see if it goes away.

Silicone spray, it might just stop squeaking after some use though.

Happened with my 360 controller as well. It's not that loud for me so I just keep playing. I have headphones on when I game anyway.

Silicone spray?
Like actually spraying it into the controller?
Isn't that bad?
Mine usually squeak when they get dirty and buildup from long usage. I usually just get a paper towel and spray it with some windex and try to work out the garbage and let it dry out for a bit after.

Its just how I do it.

Unless your squeak is metallic in nature, than it may be a spring or something going bad, if it has springs in the trigger....never opened it up tbh.
