Same thing with the Hynix, get Cas bumped up one or two more clock cycles for another 50-100Mhz.
Never flashed an ATI card though, so I'm clueless as to how to.

Getting caps to stick typically takes a hotter iron.
Looks like my wife's car is going in the shop soon. There goes my chances of getting a second 5450.
