tool out there to test which refresh(hz) my game is running?

Just started using my Acer 235hz 120hz (which is ****ing amazing, really is a crt LCD) but one game I play makes me wonder if its really running 120hz.

So, like the title says any tool out there that will show which hz refresh my monitor is currently using ?

not sure, but doesn't the monitor have that in it's menu somewhere?

never tested it out in game, but my Asus has that in an Information submenu...now if it actually shows the game setting or what you set as your refresh is another thing entirely
