HD Tune is reporting correctly for him. The burst rate is showing the cache on his Raid controller... He must have enabled write caching inside Intel Matrix Storage Console on his Raid0

YOU NEED TO DO THE SAME! Then run the benchmarks again. Here are mine:

There is no way his is correct, read the post I put up containing the information I got from Wikipedia. His speeds are ABOVE the THEORETICAL limit for his SATA connection. Regardless, Hard Drive Data Cache is enabled by default, and you are not even using SSDs, so your results are bound to be different than ours.
