Anyone know a cheap monitor that can display 24p PROPERLY (without that 3:2 pulldown conversion crap to 60hz); some will do it at 48hz, some at 96, some at 120, etc.
Yeah, any CRT .

How about you just buy a monitor that can handle 75hz at it's native resolution in the first place? that's why I'm sticking with my 17" 1280x1024 75hz screen.

I have a similar screen (~17") that does 72hz, 75hz, etc. but it is not of 1920x1080p resolution which I need because I edit my videos in that resolution.

I need to be honest with you fellows, my stepfather recently got a 120hrz HDTV for himself and I cannot see a difference at all. The extra refresh rates really didn't do anything for me.

I don't think this will work, the refresh rate is how fast the liquid crystal can orient itself, anything faster will probably do some damage.
