my lcd has alot of finger prints. like nasty greesy ones. are there any cheap house hold cleaners that can do the job? or do I have to waste money on one of those expensive lcd cleaners?

You could use a slightly damp and very soft piece of tissue, or some cotton wool if you want to save money. Personally, I am happy to waste money on the expensive LCD cleaners because my LCD monitor was so expensive it's self.

There may be alternatives, but the anti-static, alcohol free LCD screen wipes I use work really well and are worth the investment. They cost about £6.00 UKP ($10 USD) but I only use about 1 per week on average and there are 100 in the tub so I figured it was worth it considering my monitor was about $300 USD.

Highly-Annoyed
