This is a great mid tower case that comes with 2 120mm fans installed and a place to put a third 120 mm fan. The power button is also a fan speed controller. Nice and quiet and works well. I even added in another 80 mm fan in the back for exhaust.

Also you would be better off with a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ or my cooler the Scythe Katana 3. The Hyper 212+ gets high marks.

Here's a great power supply with a lifetime warranty. Just be prepared for the cables since it's not modular. I nicknamed it Medussa.

Few things:

I think the Centurion 5 is fine and a good case.
I might be wrong, but I think most people here will tell you to steer clear of HEC power supplies.
Look for a better CPU cooler. The one's coonmanx mentioned are good ones.

Everything looks pretttyyy good, but a few things.

1. Your PSU. It is probably THE most important part of your computer because it's what allows it to run. When you get a low quality powersupply like the hec one you posted you are walking on thin ice. A good unit in comparison would be an Antec 650w. I know it's more expensive, but it's the one thing you don't want to skimp on in a computer build. Here is more info on PSUs: Here and check out more links at the bottom of the first post

2. Don't expect to be able to OC any better than your stock cooler with that heatsink/fan. This would be a much better option: Hyper 212+.

3. Additional not as important things: You probably will get the same OC with a 965 as with a 955. The Spinpoint F3 is a much better HDD than the one you linked.

I suggest the Sunbeam CCF instead of the Hyper 212+. Also, I suggest a quality Corsair PSU. And do you really need the DX11 card? You can save a bit of money there, and wait until DX11 games actually come out in numbers for a good DX11 card.
