63°C that's a lot. You can't go much higher than that, and it's certainly too much for 24/7. Also 1.375V is the max you should put this CPU.

Most stable so far, only worker 4 failed after 45 minutes of testing.
P95 is the kind of stress tool that really pushes the cores, rarely you'll need that level of stability. For games for example a couple of loops of 3DMark to be a good enough stability tester.

If it's failing prime95 in less than an hour it isn't stable and you will likely experience random crashing. Prime95 doesn't even push your cpu as hard as linX.

63°C is low for these chips. You can push them up to 75°C under prime95 no problem. Stay below 1.45v and you should be fine. Only the first motherboards had a problem going above 1.4v.

Update

Guys, I'm feeling retarded now. Turns out, only the most recent BIOS version supported my i7 875k fully, so I just flashed and now I'm getting 29 x 133 @ 1.3 vcore fully stable.

Hm, that's good news, I'll try doing 133x31 now. I'm assuming at 1.36v you should be able to get it stable. I wouldn't see why it wouldn't. Glad to know it was just something as simple as a BIOS update to get things perked up and working fine =)
