Overclock Fail

So I had my overclock at 4.05ghz stable at 1.35v in bios. So i devided to change my timings to their rated speeds of 7-8-7-24-2n. After I did that it started bsoding. How should I loosen my timings to get it stable?

Yes back to what you had it stable at then try and tighten down one at a time!
