9800GX2 getting very hot

Thread Starter
My EVGA 9800GX2 has been getting very hot lately. In games like gta4 and crysis it will reach 104c. sometimes it will even hit 105, which is when my computer will tell me my display drivers have stopped working and of course close the game. Is there something i can do to get my gx2 back to the temps it used to get(88c full load)? Any ideas would be appreciated thanks.
My fans push a lot of air as well, so that's not the issue.

Do you think it is possible to take apart a 9800gx2 and replacing TIM without screwing the thing up?

Also known as themal grease...It is the stuff you put between the two surfaces between which you wish heat to flow with little resistance!
Glad to hear the 9800 GX2 calmed down, my suggestions would be those already provided!

Thermal Interface Material, it's a substance that you put between a CPU or GPU (or any kind of chip for that matter) and heatsink to conduct the heat better.
