Returning a faulty PSU

Thread Starter
My brother bought a Corsair PSU 6 months ago from ebuyer and it has now gone wrong, I have rung up ebuyer but they claim it's not their problem and I should go to the manufacturer, is this correct?

Thank you!

If It's still under warranty, I believe you have to RMA it yourself. Otherwise, you're sol and you'll have to buy a new one =(. I hope it still has a warranty.
