Does Removing Catalyst Control Centre but keeping the actual driver itself improve performance and/or Display?

Can't say removing it helps any, but as I've long since removed it, I know it doesn't hurt.

Well, my opinion. And i say that seriously because this is based on no proof or facts.

I believe that taking out the Catalyst software would not improve performance.

ATI's software for ATI"s product. I think that they would know what they're video cards need the most. Unlike seperate developers of software, or Microsoft. Again, that's just my theory.
