1055T Vcore goes up on load ?!? (TurboCore disabled) - Page 3

Sure? Also with a high-class Mainboard Formula IV the voltage isn't stable? Hmm...

>What maximum temperature are you using? 60°C case cpu temp ? (CoreTemp isn't realistisc. It says that the core has around 28°C and my roomtemp is at 29°C )

What are good voltages for the 1055T, so is 1,34v good for 3,5ghz? Is there any graph for that, which shows some results from users?

Voltages don't matter.

And for Core Temp use an offset of 13*C and it should give you an accurate reading of what the CPU Core temp is.

And I can't name 1 board that has "stable" voltage. IE: voltage that doesn't change under any conditions.

Is there any graphic which shows many Overclocked CPU's and those Voltage/Core Speed? Wanna match my results. I need 1,32v for 3,5ghz and I wanna see if this is a good CPU.

Again voltages are all relative and don't really matter.

1.32v is below stock voltage (1.325v) and usually all Phenom II's of the C3 revision or later, can hit 3.5-3.6Ghz with stock voltage.

Thank you, that was the answer that I searched for. But, my mainboard overvolts. So I've set 1,325v in BIOS and now have in LinX/Prime FPU around of 1,384v. Thats much more than 1,325... Bad to match with others

>That with the voltages, my last motherboard was a P5W DH Deluxe. This hold the voltages extrem stable and had no changing V-Core. So thats why I'm a little bit confused, you know

The entire 10XXT selection of processors under load will request more voltage from your mobo then set in the bios

I get the same thing with my mobo, I set it to 1.3250 volts in bios, in windows its 1.3240 volts doing nothing, 1.3280 volts with 20-60% load, past 60% it requests 1.3340 volts from the mobo

Its only the 10XX series chips I have seen do this, the chips I had before, a Phenom and Phenom II quad's would stick to their set voltage no matter what, so I assume this addition to the 10XXT line is to maintain stability under high load

2.41A says it should stable the Thuban Voltage, probably it does. But only in idle.

2.41C solves problems with DDR3-1600.

And I wait for reply from ASRock, hope they have an idea or a new bios. I think 2.50 should come in the next few days/weeks. They are quite fast

@ShamisOMally

Your board adds only around 0.01V on the set voltage. My goes from 1.325v up to 1.386v, thats my thing

Well i did some testing and set my voltage to 1.3
On bios 2.40 my voltage went to 1.366 under load, 1.32 idle.
Flashed to 2.41c and now my voltages are: idle 1.32 100% load 1.342

So seems like they're doing something and maybe 2.50 will be even better.
