Radiator & Fan help

Thread Starter
I'm new to this and I'm about to build my first water cooling setup. How important is it that the fan hit the radiator? I've found the perfect spot on my case to place the radiator & still leave me with lots of room, the only problem is that the fans to do not hit this part of my case. I've posted an image below to help explain what I'm talking about. All of my components are on the opposite side of the image. On the side with my board, I have 4 120mm fans on the side, 1 120mm fan on top, 1 120mm fan in front and 1 120mm fan in the back. Will this work?

My rad is a BlackIce 3x120mm. The rad itself is 30mm thick without a fitting. You can use 25mm thick fans, but you will also need to let them breathe. So the fan and the rad are 55mm(2¼").. hope that helps
