Fallout 3 messed up my PC. - Page 2

I made a new account on my PC, and everything seems fine there. I booted up Fallout, and for as far as I can tell it works fine. So, I found a workaround, but would still prefer a solutions, if anyone has one.

Glad you fixed it. Tobad it was at the cost of a new user account, which kinda sucks
