The budget you're working with... do you need to purchase operating system, monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers/headphones for under $700 USD? Need a bit more exacts before we can make the best decisions with your money.

Case: I know it's important to have a good case but to be honest I don't think I should be looking too hard for that.

Hard Drive: Sea Gate - SATA - 7200RPM - 320GB. I don't see the need for this AS OF RIGHT NOW. That is, I plan on buying a 1TB in the future.

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit. I have the disk and serial key in my shelf.

The generosity on these forums are quite amazing, thanks so much.

Although I'd like to tell you: I don't need a CD/DVD drive because I can get that from my old PC. The same goes for a Hard Drive.

As for the case, like I said above I think it's worth mentioning that I don't plan on ordering one online but buying one locally (I actually have to order the PC parts from the US via Aramex to get here.)

So that leaves me with $100 extra. I was thinking of moving the G-skill RAM to OCZ and upgrading the VGA a little more?

If you have the extra $100 or so to spend, I would say get a HD5830 GPU then. ASUS and MSI have been putting out some great cards:

What size is the monitor and what resolution ?

Also for some ram I´d recommend looking at the Kingston Hyper-X , very good value , lifetime manufacturers warranty.
